By using Wseety, you agree to these Terms of Service. Wseety LLC operates a commercial brokerage marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, brokers, and shop owners. We provide the platform infrastructure — we are not a party to any transaction between users.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and agree to these terms. Use of Wseety constitutes acceptance of all terms.
Description of Services
Wseety provides a marketplace platform including product browsing and purchasing, sell-through-broker functionality, shop owner tools, an internal wallet, order tracking, in-app messaging, and dispute resolution. Each role (user, broker, shop owner, admin) has specific features and responsibilities.
Payments and Wallet
All payments are processed through the Wseety internal wallet, powered by Stripe. Users top up their wallet via bank transfer or local agent. Brokers and shop owners earn commissions on successful sales. Wseety charges a platform commission on each completed transaction. Commission rates are set per category and displayed before listing.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Wseety to list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods, engage in fraud or misrepresentation, manipulate ratings or reviews, or violate any applicable laws. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
Termination
Wseety may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Pending wallet balances will be handled according to our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
Wseety is a marketplace platform, not a party to transactions. We are not liable for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of any product. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid for the specific transaction.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wyoming.
