Wseety's refund policy covers wallet top-ups, platform commissions, and order disputes. We are committed to fair resolution for all parties.
Order Refunds
Buyers may request a refund if an order is not delivered, the product significantly differs from the listing, or the seller cancels. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request through the app under your order details. Our support team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your Wseety wallet.
Non-Refundable Situations
Platform commissions are non-refundable after a transaction is confirmed as completed. Wallet top-up fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after delivery confirmation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your Wseety wallet within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals to a bank account take 3–7 business days depending on your bank and region.
